We have a 'no questions asked' Refunds & Returns Policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will provide a full refund or exchange, if you return goods to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt

UK Delivery options: 

1. Royal Mail First Class is completely free, with next working day delivery in most cases.
2. Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery is £1.90 for first item, free for each additional item, with next working day delivery in most cases.
3. Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery £6.90 for first item, free for each additional item. Royal Mail guarantee Next Working Day Delivery if you choose this option.

Overseas Deivery Options:

1. Overseas P&P is £2.90 (Europe) and  £3.90 (Rest of the World) for the first Pashmina you order with a £2.00 discount for each additional item you buy from us at the same time. 
2. We also offer Tracked Overseas Airsure Priority Air Mail, or for countries where Airsure is not available, we use International Signed for Delivery. 
3. All items will be posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Processing and Despatch Time:

All orderss will be despatched within 24 hours of payment receipt (usually quicker).

Order Tracking:

We will notify you by email once an order has been shipped. You may also review order status at any time on our web site. If you selected a Tracked Mail option we will provide you with a Tracking Number so you can check delivery status at any time.
